This calming and relaxing blend helps soothe frayed nerves and unbalanced emotions as it helps relieve painful, swollen breasts and abdominal cramping.
 
Directions for use:
 
- For breast tenderness, apply up to a week prior to expected menstruation start. Apply 1-2 times per day.  
 
- For cramping, apply prior to when normal cramping begins and continue application, up to 3 times daily, until discomfort subsides.

Clary Sage: One of the most important essential oils for all stages of a woman's life.  It's antispasmodic, pain-relieving, and is specifically recommended for menstrual cramping.  It can both stimulate and regulate menstrual flow.
 
Rose:  A purifying and regulating agent on female sexual organs, rose is a tonic for the uterus.  It's pain-relieving, relieves cramping, and helps regulate menstruation.  
 
Lavender:  A pain-relieving, antispasmodic addition that works in synergy with the other essential oils in the blend.  Lavender helps to stimulate menstruation when needed, relaxes the uterus, and is specifically recommended for PMS.
 
Roman Chamomile:  Has pain-relieving properties, is antispasmodic, and helps regulate menstruation (both lack of and excessive flow).  Roman Chamomile also helps support the liver which can help flush out extra hormone levels in the blood)
 
Herbal Healing Oil: Soothing, calms spasms, anti-inflammatory, and pain-relieving.
