Both our Super Salve and our Healing Salve are made with a blend of herbs, olive oil, and beeswax (no essential oils) and can be used similarly.  We call both of these little beauties Nature's Neosporin (but better).  They both help with inflammation, are antimicrobial, and encourage cell regeneration to help wounds heal better and healthy scar tissue to form.  Both are great for minor wounds, burns, and bites.
 
The main difference is that Super Salve has a bit more of an "oomph" regarding healing power.  With a greater variety of herbs, this is your go-to for more healing ability.  It can also help with bumps, bruises, blisters, and sprains.  Yet is versatile enough to still be used for chapped lips, cuticles, and dry hands. You can't go wrong with either option.

Why It Works:
Comfrey: Speeds wound healing, helps with bruises, and soothes pulled muscles, ligaments, and sprains
German Chamomile: Reduces inflammation, speeds wound healing, and is antimicrobial
Calendula: Heals wounds, is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal, and helps form healthy scar tissue
Yarrow: Reduces inflammation, helps heal wounds
Lavender: Antibacterial, soothing and comforting
Chickweed: Helpful for a variety of skin disorders: sunburn, inflammation, rashes, itchiness, and eczema
Plantain: Reduces inflammation and helps heal wounds
Olive Oil: Nourishing to the skin, humectant, balances sebum, aids in the repair of sun damage, soothes very dry skin, wound-healing, high in antioxidants, contains the highest source of plant-based squalene, one of the most common lipids produced by skin cells (squalene lubricates, protects, supports the delivery of oxygen to skin cells, and removes waste)
Beeswax: contains vitamin a, seals in moisture
Ethyl Alcohol: helps draw additional constituents from the herb and is an absorption enhancer
